Founder and Chief Strategist Dale Glasser has more than three decades of experience as a non-profit professional and volunteer leader at the local and national levels. He is a trainer of leaders, providing organizational assessment and resources for meeting ambitious strategic goals.

A trained counselor, Dale listens with purpose and intent before tailoring clear and concise plans for moving forward. His extensive theoretical background complements his hands-on approach to solving especially difficult or complex challenges. He has presented seminars internationally and specializes in facilitation, capacity development, organizational dynamics, curriculum development, training, program development and implementation, community service, and advocacy.
